PAYMENT OF FEES
Before paying your conference fee using any of the below methods, please register online and choose the appropriate conference fee. All payments must be made by 20 October 2021 in Euro, US Dollar or Russian Ruble (foreign participants) or Belarusian Ruble (local participants). After that time, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled. All remittance advices should be sent to ndtcs2021@gmail.com by the same date. Confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction has been successfully processed. The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of conference fees. Therefore, the participant has to cover the transfer fee at his/her own cost. Please, check the exchange rate and bank transfer fee with your bank office.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to ndtcs2021@gmail.com. If the written notification of cancellation is received before 1 October 2021, 50 % of the paid conference fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date as well as in the case of no show at the conference. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
